- Logistic Partner and Professionalism
1.1 We meticulously select Logistic Partners, employees, and agents who embody the highest standards of ethics, integrity, professionalism, and good mannerism.
1.2 Kindly note that we cannot personally monitor the actions or behavior of each delivery executive, as our role is to facilitate the delivery of the purchased products.
1.3 Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any acts or omissions on the part of our delivery agents, employees, or personnel, or those of our Logistic Partner or their employees, agents, or personnel. This includes, but is not limited to, deficiencies in service, incorrect product delivery, delivery delays, or product package tampering.
1.4 Please be aware that any issues arising between you and our delivery executive or an employee, agent, or personnel of the Logistic Partner should be resolved independently. - Order Processing and Tracking
2.1 Once an order is placed on the DEPANO platform, we promptly process the order and hand over the purchased products to our reliable Logistic Partner.
2.2 While our customer service team works closely with the Logistic Partners to ensure timely delivery and real-time tracking updates, please be advised that occasional inconsistencies or technical difficulties beyond our control may affect the accuracy or timeliness of the tracking information. - Shipping Fees and Refunds
3.1 We reserve the right to charge shipping fees for the delivery of products, which may vary based on factors such as product value, type, delivery area, and payment method.
3.2 As authorized by the Logistic Partner, we collect the shipping and delivery fees on their behalf.
3.3 In the event that a shipping fee is charged and you request a return due to a defective, damaged, deficient, or incorrect product (subject to our verification and acceptance), we may make exceptions and refund the shipping fee along with the product refund.
3.4 However, please note that shipping fees will not be refunded for return requests that do not meet the specified criteria. - Return Process
4.1 Returns are facilitated through our trusted reverse-Logistics Partners.
4.2 Once your return request is acknowledged on our platform, our reverse-Logistics Partners will contact you within 3 (three) business days to arrange the collection of the purchased products.
4.3 We process returns in accordance with our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, which provides detailed information on the process and requirements.
