We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
Note: Certain items such as intimate wear, sale items, or customized products are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@example.com with your order details.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your bank or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
